All products, materials, and construction required for your project are covered in our general contracting service in order to keep costs at a fixed, predetermined level.
In order to provide our customers with a single source for the entire construction process, along with complete accountability for the design and execution of the project, we offer a complete design-build service with a guaranteed maximum price to ensure a fast, efficient, cost-effective contract-completion process.
We represent the owner, and provide effective on-site management of the construction process, executing full safety, quality control, and contract management programs for flat rate fees.
